Ha fondato la sua Rivista tanti anni fa, facendola diventare un punto di riferimento per il Mondo del Gelato Artigianale in Italia e, in seguito, anche in Europa.
E stato il primo a “esportare” i concorsi del Gelato fuori dalle Fiere di settore, inventando il “Campionato Italiano Gelatieri”.
Ha creato (ispirandosi all’Accademia della Pasticceria Italiana) l’Accademia della Gelateria Italiana, con corollario di Corsi di Formazione con i migliori Maestri.
Come Editore non si contano le Pubblicazioni che ha prodotto.
Quando ci siamo conosciuti, ha creduto, da subito, nella mia attitudine a descrivere e analizzare oggettivamente il settore, proponendomi di collaborare con la Rivista.
È grazie a Eraldo che sono diventato Giornalista; non solo, a lui devo la pubblicazione del mio primo libro.
Nel tempo, pur con il “rispetto” dei ruoli, il nostro rapporto si è trasformato in Amicizia e ciò rimane la più grande soddisfazione.

Stubborn, irascible, visionary, intuitive, …. These are just some adjectives that define Eraldo, a man who believes in, for him, “absolute” values referring to a “Liberal” tradition
He founded his magazine many years ago, making it a point of reference for the world of artisanal gelato in Italy and, later, also in Europe.
He was the first to “export” gelato competitions outside of trade fairs, inventing the “Italian Gelato Makers Championship”.
Inspired by the Academy of Italian Pastry, he created the Academy of Italian Gelato, with a corollary of training courses with the best Masters.
As a Publisher, the number of publications he has produced is countless.
When we met, he immediately believed in my ability to objectively describe and analyze the sector, proposing that I collaborate with the magazine.
It is thanks to Eraldo that I became a Journalist; not only that, I owe him the publication of my first book
.Over time, despite the “respect” of roles, our relationship has transformed into Friendship and this remains the greatest satisfaction.
