Parlare di un amico, a volte, si corre il rischio di non essere obiettivi, stante il legame affettivo che esiste. Nel caso di Vittorio, questo problema non si pone; parafrasando una nota pubblicità, “egli è come appare”. Una persona coerente con le proprie idee che manifesta senza alcuna remora, una persona diventata, nel tempo, personaggio, senza tralasciare le proprie caratteristiche innate, vale a dire la curiosità di un bambino, i desideri di un adolescente e il buon senso di un senior. Qualche tempo fa mi ha chiesto di scrivere un libro, ed io ho pensato che fosse da destinare alla sua straordinaria carriera d’imprenditore; invece, la richiesta era nata affinché i suoi clienti potessero approfondire, anche in modo semplice, le tematiche del gelato artigianale. Il libro è stato tradotto in diverse lingue a conferma della globalità della sua azienda. D’altronde, Vittorio parla le principali lingue moderne e può dialogare con chiunque, sia clienti, sia istituzioni, sia media; si può definire sicuramente un uomo mittel-europeo.

Some time ago he asked me to write a book, and I thought it was to be devoted to his extraordinary career as an entrepreneur; instead, the request was born so that its customers could deepen, even in a simple way, the themes of artisan gelato.

The book has been translated into several languages ​​confirming the global nature of his company. However, Vittorio speaks the main modern languages ​​and can converse with anyone, customers, institutions and the media; he can certainly be defined as “ein Mitteleuropäer”.
